Looking for a Tehran 4G mobile proxy? Read this first. Our authentic Iran MCI lines are hosted in Isfahan by deliberate operational choice — and they serve Tehran-targeted SEO, scraping and ad-audit workloads cleaner than any of the Tehran-routed alternatives on the market.
We don't sell Tehran-hosted SIMs as a default product. The rest of this page explains why — and why our Isfahan-hosted MCI lines are still the right answer for almost every workload that searched for a "Tehran proxy."
The instinct to ask for a Tehran proxy is reasonable. Tehran is Iran's capital, its largest metro area and the centre of the country's commercial and political activity — for any workload targeting Iranian users, "I want my traffic to look like it's coming from Tehran" sounds like the obviously correct answer.
It's not. Iranian mobile networks — including MCI — are nationwide: every subscriber, whether they're in Tehran, Isfahan, Mashhad or Shiraz, sits on the same ASN (AS197207) and presents the same fundamental IP class to remote servers. From the perspective of Google, Digikala, a phishing kit or an ad-verification platform, a request from a Tehran MCI subscriber and a request from an Isfahan MCI subscriber look identical at the network layer. The thing that matters is "is this an authentic Iranian mobile IP" — not "is this an Iranian mobile IP that geolocates specifically to Tehran."
Most providers selling "Tehran proxies" are exploiting that instinct without delivering the underlying authenticity. They route traffic through Tehran-hosted datacenter infrastructure (which fingerprints as datacenter the moment a real anti-bot stack looks at it), through residential-spoof gateways (which collapse against any modern detector), or through neighbouring countries dressed up as Iranian. Our Isfahan-hosted dedicated MCI lines outperform every one of those alternatives on every workload that actually depends on the IP being authentic.
An authentic MCI line, hosted in Isfahan, that serves Tehran-targeted workloads correctly.
Hand-acquired Iranian SIM in a real 4G modem. The egress IP genuinely belongs to AS197207, not a datacenter or a residential-spoof gateway.
Tehran and Isfahan MCI customers share the same ASN. Anti-bot stacks see your traffic the same way they'd see a Tehran subscriber's.
Never pooled across accounts, never shared. The dedicated provisioning model that residential-spoof Tehran proxies cannot deliver.
Geolocates to Iran (IR) on every major vendor. City-level resolution varies — sometimes Tehran, sometimes Isfahan, sometimes other Iranian cities — that's true of every Iranian mobile IP.
Workloads that searched for "Tehran proxy" and end up with our Isfahan-hosted MCI lines.
Pull Iran-only platforms (Digikala, Snapp, Basalam) with the same network identity their Tehran customers use.
Capture Google.com results as a real Iranian mobile subscriber sees them, with Iran-specific localization.
Investigate phishing kits and malicious infrastructure that cloak themselves to non-Iranian visitors.
Audit how display and search ads render to Iranian mobile users — Tehran-targeted campaigns included.

We sell authentic dedicated MCI mobile lines hosted in Isfahan, which is the right tool for almost every workload that thinks it needs a 'Tehran proxy.' Iranian mobile carriers — including MCI — are nationwide networks: an MCI subscriber in Tehran and an MCI subscriber in Isfahan share the same ASN (AS197207) and the same fundamental IP class, and the same Iran-targeted servers serve both identically. The right question is rarely 'is this proxy in Tehran' but 'is this proxy on a real Iranian mobile network.' Ours are.
Three reasons. (1) Operational concentration — running every MCI line out of one well-monitored Isfahan facility produces more reliable, more recoverable lines than spreading inventory across multiple cities. (2) Anti-detection — Tehran is the densest traffic hub in Iran, which means more rate-limit collisions and more aggressive scrutiny on patterns that look automated. Isfahan blends in better. (3) Network stability — Isfahan offers stable LTE coverage on MCI with fewer regional disruptions.
Country-level: yes — every geolocation vendor resolves AS197207 to Iran. City-level: it depends on the vendor's database. Some resolve to Isfahan, some default to Tehran (the most common 'Iran' answer in older databases), some to other cities. Sub-national geolocation precision in Iran is fundamentally limited across every provider on the market — that's a property of the country's IP-allocation registries, not of our hosting choice.
Most providers selling Tehran-branded Iran proxies are routing through Tehran-hosted datacenter infrastructure (which detection systems flag instantly) or through residential-spoof gateways (which look authentic to lazy detectors but break down against real anti-bot stacks). A small few may have genuine Tehran-hosted SIMs but typically share them across customers. Our Isfahan-hosted dedicated MCI lines outperform either alternative on every workload that actually matters.
Talk to us. Custom Tehran-hosted provisioning is possible for Enterprise customers with specific requirements (typically threat-intelligence and high-touch ad-verification workloads where sub-national geolocation matters). It's slow to provision and meaningfully more expensive than the standard Isfahan inventory — we won't pretend otherwise — but we can do it.
From €119/month for a single dedicated MCI proxy. Limited stock. For genuinely Tehran-hosted custom provisioning, contact sales.
