Acceptable Use Policy

ProxyGlide sells dedicated 4G mobile proxies in France and Iran. The Service is powerful enough to bypass most anti-bot defences when used correctly — and exactly for that reason, we hold every customer to a clear policy. Compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is a condition of access. Violations result in immediate suspension of the account without refund, and we cooperate with lawful requests from carriers and law enforcement when the activity warrants it.

This policy complements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where any conflict arises, the AUP governs how the Service may be used.

Allowed use cases

• Web scraping for research, price monitoring, SEO and SERP analysis
• Ad verification and brand protection
• Multi-region QA and application testing
• Market research and analytics
• Social media management on your own accounts

Prohibited activities

• Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or fraudulent email sending
• Credential stuffing, brute forcing, or unauthorized account access
• Payment fraud, carding, or money laundering
• Distribution of malware, botnet command & control, or phishing
• CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that exploits minors
• Targeted harassment or stalking
• Activity violating sanctions (OFAC, EU) or export-control regulations
• DDoS attacks, network intrusion, or any other unauthorized access attempts
• Traffic that violates the terms of service of the destination site in ways that constitute a crime in France or the destination jurisdiction

Enforcement

We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and carriers. We reserve the right to suspend any account pending investigation. Suspensions for AUP violations do not entitle the customer to a refund.

Reporting abuse

Send abuse reports to abuse@proxyglide.io. Include evidence (timestamps, logs, destination domain). We investigate every report within 24 hours on business days.
